Gift card terms

Blog Demo Jevangel gift cards are good for food, drink and anything else we sell, online and at the counter, at every location, and in our store.

• No fees of any kind. A card never loses value while it sits unused.
• No expiry unless the card shows a date; if it does, it is at least five years from purchase (one year for a promotional card), as federal law requires.
• Treat it like cash. We can replace a lost or stolen card for the balance left only with its purchase receipt or the e-mail it came in.
• Not redeemable for cash, except where the law requires it. In Texas, a balance under $2.50 is paid back in cash on request, in person.
• It can't buy another gift card.
• Sales tax is charged when the card is spent, on the full price of what it buys, never when the card is sold.
